Unpacking Emotions

Hey My Loves!

Today has been amazing thus far not because it's Christmas but because we have another day to be alive and do something GREAT!

Your HERE so show up and we can SHOW UP & SHOW OUT TOGETHER!  And yes, I know I'm corny...I like that cheesy part of me.  ☺️

I figure today I would unpack a gift for you to share a bit of how it feels Emotionally to be in a skewed growth mindset relationship.  In the past it was completely exhausting.  Mentally it perplexed me at an astounding level and it drained my Energy... however now it just gives me something to FIX.  Because that is what a H.E.L.P.E.R. does...lend a hand and if this ain't a hand then I don't know what is.

I have heard many say that it's self sabotage and YET it felt like it is so much MORE!  

I learned how to balance my Internal Energy by adjusting the Energy of my Environment.

I learned how to accept my identity by embracing others by curiosity. 

I learned how to love myself by trying new things which allowed for healing.

OH MY!  I am just writing my Heart out today.  I guess I'll stop here and post this morning's writing setting on Social Media today.  🤔😅😂
