PLEASING MYSELF

Hey My Loves,

Today, I took a moment to pamper myself because my claws were in severe need of loving. 

I can't remember the last time I was in a nail salon...it seems like YEARS!  The experience was quick, I got in a bit of cardio on the hike and the fresh air was uplifting despite the traffic.  Get a feel for the Energy of the area...was Enlightened and continued about my way. 

I've been loving on Me on the inside might start showing up for Her on the outside too.  

So tell me a unique way you show up for yourself?
