I have had a stick up my "rear end" what for a bit now...it wasn't too bad.  I was relaxed!

It has opened my eyes to new insights that I am so excited to share...but perhaps not all here.

Self sabotaging myself with so many thoughts that my mind was too overloaded to act.

Perfectionist to a fault and being like water is not without hard moments & fear.

For days now, I have been breaking down how to better teach decision making skills and now how to explain it Energetically so that you can FEEL da Cycle of Overthinking BREAK.

It takes constantly renewing ourselves to REMOVE the Spiritual Blockages Placed Upon Us.  WE CAN & WE WILL Free OURSELVES. (Channeled Message)

Let me share the decision-making process broken down into steps from over analyzing today's BJ.  I had began to focus on the wall when there wasn't one yet but by daydreaming about the wall I was building I forgot to make the damn bricks.

Kind of like making chicken and dumplings...you want to make sure that you make the dumplings first so that they set a bit.  When we are moved to analyze a situation it requires us to sit still and collect information on what is factually related to the decision that needs to be made.

Which requires you to understand the problem or opportunity that requires a decision to be made.

Example, each of the past few mornings I have written a Morning BJ and yet I was moved to not share them at this time.  I am not sure why but there is a reason for everything.  Perhaps the person that the message is for is not here yet and perhaps they will not go back to read the previous messages so in order for them to not miss something more pressing...I have to wait.

Now, in that example, I explained that I was obeying my Intuition to delay something because I was called to hold off a few days or weeks because the person or people that need to see it are not here yet.  So, until they get up in here...we gonna be kind & wait...but I know that they are coming...

Actually the thought of it makes me want to upload them all today and just make your body shake with the energetic exchange...that sounds delicious...

But WHY Tho?!

These last few days have been really eye opening. Let me share a few of them…

The Strength that was once lost is restored. The Love thought had is surrendered to SELF LOVE. The Honor given to those people places & thangs that WERE undeserving because…well that goes to Da Most High. 

Healing took place and it’s by no Ease that it was DONE. Then everyday it was compounded upon with essential nutrients to build upon, like skills and learning. It doesn’t have to become a habit right out da door but rather a repetitive action to improve upon. 

The most important eye opening occurrence was that of codependency & self-sabotage. 50% because I have been reading a book called Codependency Recovery Guide, 30% because I check myself often and 20% because of the dark side of the moon. That moon side is the unknown part that you don’t know you need. 

My self sabotage looked out of place and it was not easily noticeable to me because I once confused People Pleasing with Helping/Charity. Self Sabotage was down playing who I was, at the time, to fit into a box that could no longer contain me ONLY to please others.  

The Daily Growth I go through is proof enough for me and what will happen next will be the proof you need. <Channeled Message>

Welcome To 2024

 Hey My Loves!

Today starts a new day in 2024 and we have so much to look forward to this year.

Joys of unseen excitement.

Some things just do not make sense and yet they still occur.

Over the next quarter come back here and get your daily fix.

My personal focus today is to Inspire Growth & Awareness in order to Encourage Resourcefulness & Resilience in the World.  Let's see how the day goes.

How did I start?  I created a GROWTH STRATEGY but first I had to learn more about it. 

I look forward to seeing the results of the implementation of the Action Plan in place.

JUGGLING ACTS

Hey My Loves!

I read a quote this morning and it reads:

Embarking on parenthood alone can be a demanding venture so the balancing act of raising children while sailing on the seas of entrepreneurship can add just the right spice of unexpected joys.

As parent entrepreneurs, sometimes we can become so headstrong on the pursuit of success that need for a harmonious life.  Today, let's paint a picture of our lives where passion fuels both our Entrepreneurial Spirit AND a Supportive Family Environment.

As we progress through this weekend, and every day after today, embedding ourselves to embrace the beauty of imperfection and letting our children witness the magic of pursuing our dreams.

WHERE R U GOING?!

I've been catching up on some much needed rest, because "Energy Work" TAKES INNER WORK.

This morning I wanted to share my thoughts about yesterday's writing process for Modern Motherhood Hustler Podcast on Spotify, however, I said it would be better to share my Vision and Mission for my life at this point.  Mainly, because I discussed it on the podcast but also because I REALLY want yall you stick it out and keep your objective in sight so that you can improve.

My Vision Statement for 2024:

To LEAD a purposeful life of continuous growth, building meaningful connections, and making a positive impact on others, guided by integrity, gratitude, and a relentless pursuit of learning and joy.

My Mission Statement for 2024:

To INSPIRE others through Empathy, Creativity, and Service, fostering positive connections.  Committed to lifelong learning, personal growth, and leaving a lasting impact of kindness, empowerment, and shared success.

So, today I would like to ENCOURAGE you all to get your Life Vision & Mission Statements together and somewhere that you can read it daily.  You want to be able to glance often in the distance to your main goals so keep them up there too!  Just don't forget about your Quarterly, Monthly, Weekly & Daily Goals!
